Easy tasty chewable
I got this for my son who has migraines. We’ve only used it for a month and I think it takes closer to 90 days to see the effects. So I’ve rated it 5/5 based on taste and ease of use. I used to get my daughter something for migranes that was similar to this product but was not a chewable, and she could not swallow it whole. It was such a production every day. This is so easy.

The Best I’ve Found So Far
I’ve been taking these off and on for about a year now. When I first bought it, I was going away for a while and thought that having everything in one formulation instead of walking with multitudes of tablets would be infinitely preferable and I was right. I finished up some of my old supply upon my return home and started using this. Additionally, a bottle of this winds up being cheaper than if I had to buy a bottle of all of the individual products myself. I think I get less headaches when I consistently use this product, so I would so the product is effective. The taste isn’t bad at all. For those who think the taste is bad, they obviously haven’t tried other formulations. I’ve tried other products that were so horrible that no matter how much I spent on it, I couldn’t get it down my throat. This doesn’t taste like candy, but it doesn’t taste like a nasty medicine either, it’s entirely palatable.

Good Supplement
Ease of use:I was taking magnesium supplements through pill form, these are so much easier to use. Glad I found them on here. Would recommend to anyone trying to reduce migraines with a magnesium supplement.

Extreme Stomach Pain
I'm a chronic migraine sufferer. I really wanted this product to work, as this product has a great herbal formulation. However, it caused me headaches and horrible diarrhea that lasted for days. I honestly thought I was going to have to go to the ER because of the extreme stomach pain.I took this product for only 4 days. I started feeling head and stomach pain on day 2. Day 3, the stomach pain was a little worse. I paid close attention on day 4, and within 30 minutes of taking this, I was curled up in a ball.I have been sick with stomach pain and diarrhea for more than eight days, but this is finally getting better. I am currently on a bland diet until I see my doc.I checked my herbal PDR and some of the side effects of butterbur includes: Headaches and severe gastro-intestinal disturbances.I can fully and completely confirm this.Yes , I have an appointment with my MD, but it is 2 weeks out. The extreme stomach pain is the worst part of the dreaded gummie. And if you are wondering about the effects on a migraine, to be fair I must say that butterbur takes a few weeks to work on a migraine. I did have one level 7/10 migraine during the time when I was taking these gummies. I found no relief. As for the smaller headaches induced by the gummies, these headaches were noticeable within thirty minutes of taking the gummy. They were in a different spot than where my migraines happen. They were definitely painful. So, as much as I truly wanted this product to help my migraines, I cannot give this product my recommendation. There is no refund offered for this product.

Works great!
My son was struggling with migraines daily. After taking these for 30 days, he now only has a migraine once or twice a month. The taste of the orange flavor is good. Taste like orange kool aid which makes it easy for my little one to take them! Definitely recommend for a natural alternative for migraines.

Recommended amounts and tasty
The only vitamin I could find with all of the recommended ingredients in the recommended amounts that my doctor suggested. I got the strawberry and it’s not bad - stronger flavor than a gummy bear and not as smooth, but not gritty. Only been taking for about 20 days so can’t tell a big difference yet, but my doctor said it takes a few months to notice effects. We’ll see!

Doesn't work
Honestly I won't buy this again. It doesn't help at all for my migraines.

Tastes pretty bad
I don't know if these actually work or not. But they tasted so bad I threw them away after only one day. I have a very strong sense of smell and taste, so it might not be so bad for a "normal" person. But to me, I just couldn't imagine eating these gummies every day. I'm on the hunt for a different migraine-prevention product. Maybe just pills instead of gummies, instead of this.
