They are packaged nicely and do not feel cheap. I immediately started to feel better when I began using them. I put them on for at least 15min at the latest by 7AM. Repeat about 3-4 times weekly. live in IL, where it’s gray and dark for a good amount if time. It can be dreadful and the weather can cause SAD. The blue light from these is calming for me. It does do something to your brain when your eyes absorb the light, as claimed by believers of light therapy. I paired these with a lamp also and I can say I feel much better. I am not paying too much attention to the depressing weather lately. I now have no problem falling asleep at a decent time either. Unlike before.

I purchased this at the behest of my medical care providers for seasonal depression. While I do believe the light was working for that, it broke at the hinge just a couple weeks into using it. Very overpriced for the flimsiness. I "fixed" it by taping up the joint, removing the strap, and zip tying it to a ball cap. For $80, I shouldn't have had to.

Adjustable to fit every head size. Can wear over my glasses. A bit bulky. Only complaint is the need for frequent charging and the charging takes a long time. Description says it runs for 2 hours but the charging takes more like 3 and I have to do it every other day since I use it for more than 30 minutes.

As for the effects, we'll see this winter.

These glasses are great. For the price point, they don’t feel cheap and seem to increase my mood for the better in just 15 minutes. Last night, I was able to stay awake til 10 pm and had much more energy throughout the day. Great product!!

Gives me a headache to use it.
