Wild Wood Trim French Telephone - Blue

The phone never worked constantly, and let me down on emergencies. I mistakenly thought that it was my phone provider. The phone provider came out to check my phone line three times; I kept all of the service invoices with their recommendation to get a new phone. I bought a new phone and the new phone works all of the time. I contacted the seller and they told me, that I could send it back and I would be charged for the repair if it worked during their checkup. I didn't bother because it failed to work for me intermittently and I refuse to be charged if it works at the time of their check. However, the phone is useless to me.

Fast delivery and well packaged. Feels like a good quality phone and looks the part too. This is basically a back up phone in case of a power cut and is in a bedroom, so it doesn't get used that much. That said, on the occasions I have used it, it has been fine. Dialling out is nice and easy and replacing the handset feels definite and solid - you know it's down. So, so far, so good...oh, and the colour is fabulous too.

A very good copy of the original GPO Trimphone but if you want to use it to make phone calls don't bother! Its operation was erratic right from the start! Often I would get cut off halfway through a call, now the phone is dead as a doh doh! Don't bother buying this phone unless you just want it as a prop or showpiece, its certainly worthless for anything else!

I am very disappointed with this phone, I'm already on a replacement and the same fault has reappeared. The phone sound starts to disappear after a little bit until the other person cannot be heard at all. No quibble replacement first time but not sure about now as the problem has been longer presenting itself. There is obviously something wrong with this type of phone.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. It's absolutely gorgeous. Very good sound & ringtone brings back memories from childhood. Can't believe the quality for the price. Definitely recommend. Beautiful

Was very disappointed as this phone did not work as buzzed really loudly when plugged into the phoneline. Had line tested and it was a fault with the handset, so contacted seller but did not get a response.

Love this trim-phone in French Blue. Feels sturdy and well made with good attention to detail. A joy to hear it ring!
