This is one of the few answers If you use a Black Rapid strap and have an Arca-Swiss ball head it is well made and the two pop-up lugs help prevent the plate from twisting on the base of the camera, you cannot use these if you have a tilting display as they block the bottom of the screen from lifting out, You can also attach a tether strap to this plate for extra safety if required you also need to position the plate with the strap hole under the lens of the camera and not sticking out the back as shown on some pictures

Does the job really well
I already have a couple of these release clamps which I use on the Sirui Ballheads, great piece of gear high quality and lasts really well

Perfect for tripod, does not leave any marks on camera body
Already have one on another camera, now can change camera’s without messing with the clamps on the tripod, just change cameras when needed.Would recommend, bracket and seller

Caveat: Not 100% Arca-Swiss Compatible
If you use a Black Rapid strap with your DSLR and it should fit an Arca-Swiss ball head. Really well made and the two pop-up lugs help prevent the plate from twisting on the base of the camera. You can also attach a hand strap from the camera strap lug to this plate. Recommended.Update 17 July 2019: Unfortunately it turns out not to be 100% Arca-Swiss plate compatible as it is too slim to be used on a Benro B2 ball-head clamp. Sadly, no longer recommended.

Excellent
There are so many similar products that it is hard to choose. This one has a locking pin which I think is a good security feature.Its a well made product which provides a secure mount for my camera.

Got to have product
If you have a small camera like a panasonic point and shoot,most quick release plates block the battery door. Not any more this plate is small enough to be well clear, good quality very well built a must have.

Although Sirui is designed and made in China this is of the highest quality and I can not fault it along with their tripods.

ARCA Mount for Spotting Scope Stand
I needed an ARCA mount for my Super Spotting Scope Stand from Gearbuggy. After a trip to Ace Hardware for a bolt, it mounted up cleanly onto the masthead. With a new ARCA plate on my spotting scope, I now have a much quicker setup and takedown.

Great Quick Release Plate for Camera
Designed for and works extremely well with the SIrui VA-5 Fluid Head and tripod. I ended up buying a spare, just in case I misplaced it or wanted to quickly switch camera bodies.

Works well, prevents accidental slide on Sirui clamp
I have used one of these for about 8 years, and love that on my Sirui ball head, there is a quick-release pin that catches the plate and will not let it slide out of the mount.This plate is durable, secure, easy to install, and does just what it is supposed to do.

Great Quality!
I love the products that Sirui make. I have several of these plates and Sirui K-30x Ball Heads. Check out the prices. They are a fraction of similar products. I can always count on them for my photography. Very high quality.
