The media could not be loaded. The chain is good and lightweight, doesn't seem weak. The crystal is okay. My only issue with the product is that the glue used to stick the crystal in the pendant is very clearly visible and not used neatly at all. The work could be done better. It's visible in the video from about 1 meter, and less visible as seen from further. The chain and crystal pendant are provided separately and we have to insert the chain through the loop of the pendant, but both ends of the chain were too big to fit through the loop so I had to open a ring on one side and then insert the chain through the pendant's loop. Overall okay.
