Behringer B215D Eurolive 550W 2 Way PA Speaker System

These are very good value intelligent speakers.In a year of use I have had no feedback, no crashes, no problems.They are solid, good looking and reliable.If you want a speaker with slightly less ambient hiss at top volumes, you will need to spend £700 on mackies or JBL's etc, but at this price point, these can not be beat. Perfect for discos and parties.

Great speakers. No idea why people are so ready to run behringer products down? All I can say is my keyboard player is a gear snob of the highest order and even he has to admit these are pretty good. We did a test to see how good these are by running them against other active speakers we had namely a modern version of the stage 300 EV active speaker highly rated and popular, and an old RCF active speaker roughly same wattage. The Behringer blew the RCF away which really did not surprise me but against the EV there was little between them which surprised the keys player a lot! I would say the EV although nice is toppy whereas the Behringer has a better full range and is louder but perhaps not quite as smooth as the EV. It's everyone's personal choice at the end of the day but people who slate Behringer in my opinion are either basing there opinions from years back when maybe Behringer were not as good as they are today or they are gear snobs! Yes these speakers are cheap in comparison to top brands but are they much worse...not in my opinion.

I was looking for a speaker for karaoke... didn't realize how big & powerful this thing is. It's a simple, robust and high quality speaker. Will use it for much more than that! :)

if your looking for cheap speakers but want quality aswell then these are the speakers for you as they are light weight and produce a rich and high quality sound.

If you're looking for a budget set of speakers for house partys or fun then the Behringers are probably for you but if you're going to use them for professional use, forget it. Give them any sort of volume and they start to distort,badly. The tone is awful imagine a cats chorus mixed with X Factors talentless limp wristed Rylan and you're there. If you are on a budget but want to get the best sound for your buck then check out DB technologies Chromo range, a great power range with great mids, highs and bass. Behringer sorry but 1/10.

We own 6 of these - and have often used for outdoor PA for fireworks - the sound from them is ideal - OK it may not be B&O quality but for the cost and weight there is nothing wrong with them at all - sounds about 50% louder than the Mackies we own - 3000 audience along the side of a football pitch and the only concern during set up was they were too loud. Decent punch from the 15" for music applications - for voice only I might look for something different.

Great sound quality and are active speakers so just plug straight in to the mixer.
