Touch feature is very cool but it felt odd because im so used to physical button and knob.Also the temperature unit is in Celsius. So convert to F is a littleInconvenience.The grill plate felt pretty cheap for its price. For a 100 dollars at least make it decent and good weight.Also i experienced some random shut down at a first few use, its weird.

I don't know why everyone else has issues with the timer. You increase the time so it doesn't shut off. It shuts off when the time runs out.It's easy to clean. Works great.To bad the temperature can't be changed to display in Fahrenheit. But that's ok, I can handle the conversion in my head.

We got it in a week ago and finally pulled it out last night to try, instructions were written by someone not native English and were sporadic. Turned the grill on and set it for beef. Heated to 230 and seemed great. As soon as I placed a couple burgers on it it went back into preheating. No big deal. Never stopped preheating after that with food on it. And kept shutting itself off every 3 or 4 minutes. The drip tray barely handles 4 burgers. Tried to go manual mode, temp control.buttons on upper plate would not adjust like lower plate controls. Timer would not start just let you change the time on it. Could not get it to open into full grill mode. Overall total waste of Money. Going shopping for a new inside grill tonight.It is pretty but it's functionality was trash. Wife wanted it for the removable player which was the only thing that functioned as stated.

Pros: Feels like it is well-constructed, large surface to cook on, great features, easy to cleanCons: Product instruction booklet was poorly written, some directions made no sense. Timer feature did not work, and changing from Celsius to Fahrenheit was impossible to figure out. There were no instructions included on how to change it.In sum: I returned it. Manufacturer was responsive and provided a refund.

I couldn’t tell how much l love this electric grill panini press . It’s so versatile , l pretty much used it for all my food like sandwiches, hamburger, steak , vegetables and tortillas. It just takes few minutes to heat up the temperature and 5 different mode to cook , it opens flat and heats both sides at once l can make a big breakfast on the griddle side of the grates . It’s also so easy to clean because you can remove the pan out of the grill and put it into dishwasher to clean . It’s so convenient to use and works very well so far. I think It’s worth it and l am very satisfied, I will definitely try more dishes on it .

Like that plates are removable. Wish they were reversible but they only go one way. The only negative so far is the temperature shows in Celsius only no way to change it to Fahrenheit. I asked the factory and that was there answer.

The instruction manual makes zero sense. The timer doesn’t work correctly and it shuts off during cooking.

Bought for my husband, he loves it !!! Rave reviews, size easy to use and clean not to mention the fabulous food hes made!!!

I bought this for my mom who lives in a tiny house so she has limited space for appliances. She uses this sandwich maker to make all kinds of things.
