Very good quality , arrived very late but was perfect when it did , the description did not say it had brass bells on it , but with sine wire cutters these were easily removed .. perfect for what I needed , better quality than my existing screens , although much heavier , very good quality and great for blocking the sunshine out of my work Space whilst looking very attractive thank you 🦋

Having waited half an eternity for this to be delivered, upon opening, I found it to be made if the cheapest materials possible. I have purchased other screens in the past and have found them to be high quality fretwork, but this screen is a sorry excuse and really shoddy quality. Pressed MDF boards all given a rub over with an antique coating to appear aged, it is laughably poor end rubbish. Extremely disappointed. I now have the problem of returning. I have now been told by Parcel Force that a £90 + postage charge applies in order to get a refund. This outrageous cost is half the original price of this unwanted item and this seller is saying I must pay. I have contacted Amazon Customer Service who are investigating this issue on my behalf. Be aware that this company is obstructive despite selling inferior quality products.

Been extending my house and have a Velux Cabrio window in my bedroom which I needed some sort of covering for (to stop the neighbours thinking that we're flashing them). I looked at all kinds of bespoke blinds and canvas room dividers / screens and finally settled on this one. See pics (and, note, painters haven't been in yet).I love that, although it screens the window, it still lets light through - and you can look through the fretwork if needs be.It's very heavy (so you'd need two people to carry it if you're taking it upstairs) and came well packed in a heavy duty box with 4 pieces of hardboard inside. Has quite a strong, slightly musty odour at first but, 24 hours later, it's just about gone. Suspect it's from where / how it was stored as the cardboard box smells the same.Bells give a lovely tinkle when you move it and it looks really nice (will look even better when the walls are white). Might consider putting castors on it at some point - but the panels are only 24mm wide and so options are limited (but have found ONE type on Amazon). Would recommend.

Terrible company after sales. The screen was awful looking. Had scratches and smelled awful. I returned and packaged well but they said only 75% refund as not in original box!

Thrilled with my room divider. It looks really elegant and stylish. It is quite heavy and needs two people to stand it up but it is ready-assembled so no problem. Can thoroughly recommend.

I love the look exotic look of this screen and the bells are adorable. Although the carving is a bit flat, it is intricate and there are no splinters. The screen emitted a strong chemical smell when it arrived and I had to keep all the windows open , but after about a week the smell subsided and the screen is now a wonderful room divider.

great quality, looks beautiful, really sturdy and also the bells sound really nice as they each play a different note, wasn't expecting that! reminds me of Asia.

Lovely but unfortunately it was delivered damaged, the Company did the right thing and gave me a small discount. Liked so much I decided to put up with the damage and accept the discount. Lovely craftsmanship. Thanks
