I was looking foreword to reining out these funky looking pale pink silicone gloves to help me with my dishes and to get rid of my sponges. I ordered medium and they are a snug fit with little stretch and are a bit stiff on the hands. The 16mm bristles are very soft and cover the palm, fingers and thumb; promising amount of cleaning surface. They cleaned my glasses very poorly. Tried them on stoneware plates - nearly dropped one, so not impressed. The bristles made it difficult to hold onto dishes and there is little feel for cutlery. They made my hands really tired as you had to hold items extra tightly. Everything had to be rewashed with my tried and trusted rubber gloves and sponge. I will trim the bristles off and use them like traditional washing up gloves as I hate wastefulness.

These gloves fit a small to medium sized hand and are a good length too. They're water proof so ideal for cleaning dishes etc. On the inside of each glove are fine silicone pieces which allow the gloves to clean items and we found that they're good for light duty cleaning such as removing excess mash potato from a pan but not the best for more heavy duty cleaning such as cleaning frying pans. This is because the silicone pieces are quite soft and not abrasive enough to really rub more stubborn dirt from items.The gloves are very hygienic as you can just rinse the gloves to clean them or even put them in the dishwasher!These gloves are a very good idea but need to be more abrasive to have more uses in the kitchen and around the home.

Bought it a present for my wife, and this is what she told me. I always was looking how to clean my dishes in a similar manner and this made it so much easier, I just wish i would got this present earlier!
