Love the look
Love the look, which I guess was a big part of why I brought this considering I already have a Thermos flask that was perfectly suited for my needs. However, having used it I realised that looks was all it had going for it. Doesnt keep hot water hot for too long (roughly 3 hrs). Back to using my reliable Thermos flask.

Can’t drink from mouth piece
I brought the white one. Doesn’t look as great as the picture but not bad. Keeps the drinks hot around 6 hours-ish which is pretty decent. But I found one serious flaw. It is impossible to drink comfortably from the mouth piece unless you prefer hot drinks poured down your throat. I’ve been unscrewing the top to drink from the bottle which has been a minor nuisance. You could use the cap as a cup but the cup wouldn’t balance on a flat surface. Last point, the bottle is not leak proof.

Portable and light but not quite the best.
This is a pretty good product. I am having a little trouble cleaning the flip nozzle part. Light weight and great for carrying a hot drink. Bit of an odd size- 300ml is almost too much for one person but too little for two. We've used it to take hot chocolate on hikes and is very portable. Good cup lid. The white outer coating scratches quite easily. we had the hot choc about 4 hours after it was made and it was still quite hot, but I expected it to be the same as when poured and it wasn't.

LOVE IT! This is the best mug i've ever had. And i bought this one for my sister since i already had one. Exact same color and style. The color is so pretty. And the mug keeps water hot in a super great way! put in hot water and it is still warm after 24 hour that i was so amazed. Recommended
