What angle do these open the doors at?

these open at a 90 degree angle , but I've found that they spring the doors open which is no good for cupboard doors in corners as the doors knock against each other. I'm thinking of changing to a different version of a lipstick type with this type the doors stay open at the angle that you leave them then have a soft close action when shutting.

What size screws are needed for fixing the hinge

use the same ones you have in the old hinges that you are replacing, that's what I did

Centre of my hole in cupboard door is 22m, will these fit or are adjustable?

Mine are also 22mm from centre to edge which is a standard measurement. Fitting them now as I text and there fine. You may need to buy suitable screws to attach to door. Not sure if mine were missed but I didn't want to wait! If require I suggest you buy 3.5 x 16mm (6x 5/8") twin thred screw. Good luck

Do the hinges come with screws?

I’ve just had a look at a few spares which I did not use at the time! The locator plate comes with screws as the picture shows but the main hinge which attaches to the door does not! However if you’re fitting in place of a non soft close hinge then those screws will work. If not just ensure you have enough clearance as you do not want the screw point showing through the door face!!!!
