Recently had AC Joint surgery so I needed a sling/immobilizer like this one and not the traditional type. I liked how the adjustable buckles were in the front on top of the arm holder. It took a week to deliver compared to many others only a few days. When it came in I immediately put it on. The first thing I noticed is that it was small, maybe sized for youth. The second thing I noticed was that the straps have ZERO padding. Imagine wearing this thing for hours on end. Yeah, not happening. I do not recommend this product as there are better shoulder immobilizers out there.
