The best…
I’m just saying, AC infinity builds QUALITY products period. There is no close second or even third. Class of their own and nobody is close. This controller allows me maximum control over the environment indoors. I personally pair it with their AC infinity tent both 3x3, and 4x4. I have two of them because they’re that good. I grow stealth apartment style and pull 2 pounds from one plant, 4 months total, in 10 gallon breathable. I’m mobile and without this controller it would absolutely a guessing game on the environment. If you want quality go with AC infinity eco system. Just better equipment, and better results.

Great input output control.
Another cool quality product from AC Infinity. This offers lots of input output control. Can monitor my plants and adjust from anywhere using my phone. Great features and app. The app may take some practice and reading, ut can really go a long way in automation.

Good but not perfect
Here I review the AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro and Pro+. I own both models and find them to be the same other than number of ports. I give these controllers a grade of 4.4.There is some truth to the positive reviews that one sees about these controllers. The first thing that I especially like is the Automations function. Besides my main lights, I also have supplemental UV, blue, deep red, and IR lights. These lights get utilized in different ways in different grow periods. It used to be that I had to change multiple old school timers just to properly change lights for the next grow mode. With the Controller 69 Pro, however, I can make automations for germination, seedling, vegetative, and multiphased flowering periods. Just a push of a button on my phone and my varying lights all follow light time periods and intensities that are ideal for various growth stages.I also adore the sunrise/sunset function. Combined with my supplemental IR light, my plants get a reasonable facsimile of solar dawn and dusk, which allows them to be more effective with both their day and night activities. This sunrise/sunset function is not available on all grow lights, and it pays to check the compatibility list on AC Infinity's web site. For example, I have an older model Mars Hydro FC-3000 light for which sunrise/sunset works great. But a Vivosun VS-2000 only partly works due to limitations of the Vivosun driver.Mention of sunrise, though, also brings me to a shortcoming of these units, a lack of capacity for multiple scheduling. Like many growers, I turn my IR lights on twice a day for 15 minutes before sunrise and again after sunset, mimicking natural light patterns. The Controller 69 Pro, though, allows scheduling only one discreet activity per device per day. You can have devices cycle on and off for defined periods all day, but you cannot turn a device on and off in a discreetly chosen time frame more than once a day. Hence, I slap a cheap old school timer onto an expensive AC Infinity outlet in order to turn my IR lights on twice a day. AC Infinity makes good hardware but this software problem is a disappointing rough edge. These units also are finicky when it comes to Wifi. Make sure they have a strong signal. Further, the devices will demand that the phone with the app be connected to a 2.4G rather than 5G network. The free app that runs the controllers is both powerful and sometimes unintuitive, so it has a learning curve.Another potential problem accrues to powering the units. The 69 Pro/Pro+ does not come with a traditional power cable, since AC Infinity expects you to power the unit via a cable attached to a piece of AC Infinity UIS hardware like a light or fan. For instance, AC Infinity fans power my 3 controller units. That said, the controllers work with a lot of non-AC Infinity hardware. But if you don't have at least one AC Infinity device power source, you need to buy a power adapter, which then takes up a port. In other words, without AC Infinity hardware like a light to power it, your 4 port controller will work but effectively will become a 3 port device, since one port will be reserved for a power adapter.UPDATE:Having used both Bluetooth and Wifi modes to connect with these controllers, I have settled on Bluetooth mode. Wifi mode is handy but unstable over the longer term. Wifi may disconnect because of thunderstorms, router problems, controller problems, AC Infinity server updates, or other reasons. But Bluetooth mode works rock-solid 24/7 even if you have multiple controllers. Since I prioritize this trustworthy performance, Bluetooth is the way for me.

You've created a monster
I bought this to step up my game with my Gardyn hydroponic system. I currently have it encased in a greenhouse plastic setup for cat barrier, but then found it was doing a number on the humidity. I used to open the flap and blow a fan into the setup, but can't do that now with my new curious kitten. So I needed a way to control the temp and humidity and still keep the plastic zipped up. So I found this and the fan by the same brand.I love that accessories can plug into it so I only need one wall plug to run everything since I have limit outlets in that space. I have a cheapy humidity meter inside the greenhouse unit where the sensor is and they match for the most part so I'm happy with the accuracy. Now, I'm considering ALL of their products to create a second custom hydroponic system in my home; their brochure has EVERYTHING you can possibly need! I priced out that a custom solution from these folks is a bit cheaper than the all-in-one setup I have with Gardyn, AND i had to buy different things to make it complete. Definitely going to look into the entire line up of devices when I'm ready to expand!
