86.500 Durastall Extended Base Kit, White

Fit perfect. Really helped out on getting that one and a half inch drain underneath it. Wish they would have sold us along with the shower stall instead of two different shipping orders. Very sturdy! Glad I got it. Works great

It was exactly what I needed

you have a dig a little to see, but the company is pretty clear that this extended base kit is only designed for the durastall 80 (32" x 32") shower stall and the durastall 140 (36" x 36") shower stall. the size of the base is adjustable to fit those 2 models and the kit comes with a dozen screws that firmly attach the extended base from the bottom to the bottom of the shower stall. there are also some locating features built into the extended base to register the base correctly with the bottom of the shower stall.with the 30" x 30" durastall 30 shower stall, there is no way to screw the extended base to the bottom of the stall ad the base of the shower stall is smaller than the footprint of the extender base.however, if you center the shower stall in the base (see photo) it is fairly stable. since we are using this shower stall as a temporary solution this was fine and we did not need to do anything further (e.g., silicone caulk or some other adhesive) to more firmly attached the stall to the extended base.i did end up adding 2 stainless steel screws (pre-dirilled and countersunk in the plastic) per each side of the base itself in order to more firmly attached the 4 pieces of the extended base to one another... though to be clear this would not be necessary if you were installing this extended base with either the model 80 or model 140 shower stall as intended.oh and also the right angle drain that comes with the kit is lower profile than what one could make with the standard drain and plastic fittings... so that is a plus as well.i am giving this 4 stars out of the mild annoyance of not having an extended base turnkey solution from the mfg for the 30" x 30" stall which makes no sense.

Perfect fit for the model described

Very sturdy and easy to install. Fits very well, However should come pre cut for drain line.

Broken and missing parts. You could tell it had been already returned before I received it. Should not have been sent out to the customer.

Will not interlock and no way to attach to base only fits the showers Durastall sells . It well work in the unconventional way that , l will assemble it , and so it is my best answer to not having to spending a lot money .
