The Dark Knight Rises Batman Ninja Sword

My grandson received the batman suit and I ordered these to be accessories. The belt is too big for him... He is four. There are some very small pieces that are not essential. Not such a great value for the price. I don' think they give a lot of play for what they are.

I didn't realize the sword didn't have the sound. My son had one that did but it broke and I was trying to replace it with one that had sound. It's a fine toy otherwise, it just wasn't exactly what I wanted.

My 4 year old son loved it! He is really in to swords and this one has stood the test of time. The handcuffs are easy for him to use as well. Would buy again!

My father bought this set for my oldest son when he turned 4. He just turned 5 and it is STILL his favorite sword. After a little over a year's worth of playing, the sword has some minor scratches. It is one durable, seemingly indestructible toy. And let me assure you that my children, 2 boys, have fully put it to the test. It has been stepped on and sat on by child and adult alike, as well. My husband and I have purchased many other toy swords for the boys, and this one is the only one that has lasted this long.Now, as far as the other items are concerned, they're okay. The cuffs are "break away" type and the boys do love playing with them, although by now, we've lost the blue cord that ties them together. They just use their imagination (which is a good thing). And the other items, frankly, my kids didn't even pay attention to. They did pretend the black do-hicky was a phone, but that's about it.All in all, I would have to say that the sword was well worth the cost of the entire kit. So much, in fact, I am going to have to get another for my youngest who constantly tries to take it from his older brother.I only gave the educational rating 3 stars as it's a toy sword. Unless the kid will grow up to be some ninja assassin, it's just for fun. :)

Given as a Christmas present, better quality than I expected and the recipient liked it.
