Great headphones for audio quality
I always wanted audio quality above everything else. Many headphones are pricey because they have extra features, like bluetooth or electronic noise cancellation. But all of that is not neecessary if you want to stay at home, listening to good music. This product is perfect for that. Second Roland headphones, both were great.

With a good frequency response and comfortable fit this is a pretty good piece of kit. They have clearly thoguht about the details as well with a screw fitting jack adapter so you rarely lose it or have a loose connection. The spiral lead also makes it more durable. OVerall very pleased. They won't suit everyone though as the frequency at very high end of the spectrum is weaker. For most people thoguh this is not of concern as this only applies 10K plus.

Unbelievable
Accurate and detailed headphones.I'm a mastering engineer and I trust them totally. They are without doubt, the best headphones around and I'm amazed at the price! I would pay £300 for these!! It's also worth noting that I used them on my latest projects, the new U2 album and Jack White single!

Review for Studio users
I produce dance music. I bought these originally before I knew anything about studio equipment. The bass I feel is a bit misrepresentative of the mix, too quiet and a bit muddy. The highs are lacking a lot, not very crisp at all. The mids are great however very clean and vocals sound great. These headphones don't sound like studio quality to me at all. Turning them up provides a lot more detail but you always have to turn them up far too loud, just to hear what I should have already been able to. This accentuates the highs far too much providing a lot of ear fatigue. As soon as I got in music production I realised that these aren't really useable for me. They might be okay as recording headphones or at a push for producing more mid-based music, but I've never used them for either.I just bought the ath-M50SV B-stock for £20 more. I'll update this review when they arrive.
