I decided to stop my blood pressure meds and started taking these tablets instead. I am by no means saying this is right for everybody but it worked for me. My blood pressure is the lowest it has been for years and the doctor could hardly believe it. I have gone from the hypertension stage one range to the high normal range. I may have been stupid to just stop my prescribed medication but I was frightened of al the potential side effects. Touch wood I have found a natural alternative which seems more effective and has no nasty side effects

No improvement noticed -will finish the container before making a final judgement though. Sometimes natural products work better for some people than others.

These are supposed to be good for your heart. I have no idea whether that's the case or not, but I am hoping that it is true which is why I buy them. These are reasonably priced with the price being steady (not like other products which just seem to go up every time to go to buy), are easy to swallow, and are delivered promptly.Recommend.

I've had to go back to my usual brand as these did nothing for me despite their much higher strength, and my blood pressure rocketed. It's slowly coming down again. At this high strength compared to the 500mg I usually take 3 times a day this shouldnt have happened. I only changed to these so that I could just take a tablet every other day. Back to the ones that work for me.
