I love my new patio furniture! It came in 3 boxes (2 were pretty heavy) and took me about 3 hours to put it all together. Assembly was easy, and it came with extra hardware and the tools needed. This set looks really nice and is very comfortable and sturdy. My husband cringes any time I buy anything off the internet because it’s a crapshoot what you’ll actually get but he definitely approves of this one!!

Update: Revised rating to 5-stars. For any customer service issues, I'd advise using going through Amazon AI vs. emailing directly. The seller resolved within 3 days using Amazon AI Support.Only complaint is that it doesn't come with an outdoor cover. IMO it's worth the extra $35 to protect your set.Extremely happy with this set. I haven't sat on the competitions, obviously, but it's about as comfortable as I could hope & the only set I saw with an angled seatback.... the addition of a couple throw pillows also improved comfort for the armrests. Very modular & numerous possibilities to arrange. Easier to assemble than IKEA furniture. Can't speak yet to the cushion durability & color fade, but I plan to spray with some Scotchgard to increase longevity.----------------------Initial Review: Overall, I think this product is great. However, it cannot earn anything more than 2-stars if the customer service is non-responsive. Two pieces in my set were delivered with damaged wicker. I've been waiting for a response from customer support for over 1 week (which seems contrary to most of the reviews).Hopefully this is resolved soon and I can update the rating to reflect the quality of the product and seller.

This sectional is very beautiful and the materials are of good quality. The customer service is exceptional! I live in South Florida and had to move my patio furniture indoors because of a hurricane and the brackets that hold the pieces together broke, not because they were defective, but because of how I was moving the furniture. I contacted customer service to inquire about purchasing new brackets and they immediately sent me replacement brackets at no charge. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with both my purchase and the treatment I have received as a customer. I definitely recommend this product!

This patio set is everything I was hoping it would be. Is a time sinker to put together.PROS: Love the feet, all seats are a great height. I wanted to make sure it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting on the ground and I love the height of these. I’m 5’9 and the top of the cushions come to my knees. The cushions and pillows are super comfy. We let them sit about 2 days open and they became super full. The cases also seem like great quality and have been waterproof so far. The fire table is super cozy and perfect. The marbles are beautiful and it does warm the area up. The coffee tables are super cute and the glass isn’t see through so they look snazzy. Also seats 10 people which is awesome. 13 piece set is pretty big as it does fill our 12x14 courtyard space comfortably. All the hardware comes in labeled bags but it can be confusing what size bolt is what. We read the instructions to see which bolt was which, you can’t tell just by looking. We haven’t even clipped the chairs together yet due to our rug coming, but I do love how you can arrange this set in anyway you want! I love the sectional set up.CONS: Definitely takes more than 1 person to build!! The more people the better. It took my husband and I a few hours for the chairs. The set does come in about 6 boxes which does help to set up as you get it. Plan a whole weekend of just building if you don’t have help lol.Only photo I got is with junk out already, but this set didn’t disappoint. I am happy with it, & seems good quality that it will last us!

Very nice set for the money. Got one piece probably about two weeks late. Contacted their customer service through Amazon and their customer service was awesome (thank you Cherry). Turned out it was FedEx‘s fault in a mixup on their part. My only complaint with the set is the chairs don’t come with armrests. Why not? It’s stupid. It would be so simple to use the exact same pieces that came on the couch. I asked them if I could buy them as accessories and the answer was no. That’s why I got a two out of five stars on comfort. Too bad cutting corners on that. So dumb.

It took us a month to set up this piece. Pillows were missing and other parts were missing as well. We got so frustrated and we planned to return the items. But hats of to the employee of the supplier 'Sweet' as she guided us all right through the set up and made it happen. Sweet was so professional and she made sure that we succeed with the setup. Excellent customer services by Sweet.

We have been shopping for something like this for a while, this one is not a luxury lounger, but is very nice, and actually much nicer than expected for the price point

We are loving this patio furniture and firepit. Didn't take my husband too long to assemble -- a few hours. Definitely recommend the high back version. I'm only 5'4" but high back is very comfortable and he is 6ft. The cushions are very comfotable too, love the wide side arms on the chairs (2), you can configure how you like. and the firepit is really beautiful and high quality. Gives off a nice amlount of heat, nice fireguard included and also great room for food and drinks. The stones that come with it are a beautiful blue and you don't need to order extra like I did. We are all enjoying this set very much and youcan't go wrong for the price and quaity. I did a lot of research before we bought this set (drove everbody crazy) customer service is excellent
