I have started working from home from last few weeks. I need multiple screen to code and test my process. As I have a small working table and less electric ports in my office, I needed a connector to connect all my screens. Its a great device to have multiple connections. I have 2 monitors, 1 usb for mouse & keyboard, 1 usb for my headphones and charging my phone from usb c port.. They are all performing great, so no doubt about multiple connections. Another great thing about is travelling, I can carry this with me and connect to extra monitor through. Overall a great investment. I would prefer everyone to check out this cool product for home office and travelling.

This is a power horse and works like a charm. We recently went to a new set up and unfortunately new surface laptops didn't have all the USBs and HDMIs that were needed for a successful work from home scenario and unfortunately our tech team did not supply us what we needed - so purchased this. Allows for monitor hookup, wireless keyboard, mouse, headset for teams and keeps us working efficiently. Defiantly serves its purpose and great price point. Highly recommend (5 Stars)

I needed a dongle which is portable and which had 2 HDMI ports. This fit right in and the fact that is able to charge my laptop through the USB-C connection is a plus. The USB ports are useful as I have a wireless mouse and keyboard. Every time I come to my desk, all I have to do is connect the dongle cable to my laptop and everything works seamlessly after that. It's a very nice product.

This dock was great and well worth the price. I have 3 usb hook ups attached at all times, and I charge my laptop through the usb-c port without issue. I would like to use it to display my screen, but I find that when I have HDMI plugged into the docking station my screen will turn black for ~3 seconds every minute or so which, while not that big of a deal, is rather annoying. Any trouble shooting on this end would be greatly appreciated!

Tl;Dr: This device cannot handle two monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and webcam. It gets too slow. My advice? Don't buy this product. I was excited to get this for my home office. I wanted to be able to connect two monitors to my laptop and easily switch between my work computer and my personal one, but I didn't want to shell out $100+ for a docking station. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The first thing I noticed is my monitor is really fuzzy. I tried changing a bunch of settings on the monitor itself, as well as changing the refresh rate and other settings from the laptop. It was still fuzzy. I plugged the monitor directly into the computer and the picture was clear. The next thing I noticed was the mouse was not very responsive. I would move it around, but the cursor would stay in the same spot. It was always several seconds behind. Again, when I plugged it directly into the laptop, the issue was fixed. Finally, I found that I get a warning saying the laptop is not charging very fast when I plug in the adapter. I had to plug in the charger directly for it to work, but then I get a warning saying the USB device isn't getting enough power. I would not recommend this product.

Used this product the first time and it worked. After that the HDMI port never worked again. Contacted the company through Amazon and we did some trouble shooting and couldn’t get it to work. They refunded the price of the product and let me keep the item. The USB ports still work. All other parts of the experience was satisfactory. I did buy it for the HDMI so that was disappointing. But to me the company policy to refund and let me keep it was fair.

I cannot believe how small this device is. It replaces a docking station that is literally 5X the size, yet this little guy performs better and provides far more functionality. I plugged it into the USB C port on my Lenovo laptop. Then plugged my two monitor's HDMI cables into it. plus three USB devices (including a wireless keyboard and mouse). Everything worked perfectly, immediately. The device is NOT hot. I can't be happier.

I use this USB hub to connect my work computer to 2x HDMI external monitors and the 65W power supply. The connections for the cables are all very tight and secure, nothing feels wiggly or like it will pop out. While it does take a bit for the monitors to get "recognized" by my computer and start displaying the desktop, it's by no means a big issue at all. The hub gets a bit warm while charging my computer but no more than any standard power adapter. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the hub, it has all the features I wanted for a fraction of the price of name brands!
