Okay, I don’t usually get excited about vitamins, but this one’s seriously a game changer. I’ve been taking the Garden of Life Women’s Multivitamin for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I feel more energized and just better overall!What I really like is that it’s made from real food, not a bunch of weird chemicals I can’t pronounce. Plus, it’s organic, non-GMO, and has probiotics and enzymes so it doesn’t mess with my stomach at all (even when I take it without food, which I always forget to do).The pills are kind of big but honestly, not a dealbreaker for me. Totally worth it!If you’re looking for a clean, solid multivitamin that actually makes a difference, this is it. Highly recommend.

I enjoy the taste of these. Good overall multivitamin. The pill is bigger but still easy enough to swallow. The brand is great. Wish it offered a good source of calcium!

Garden of Life has pretty much been my go-to for vitamins over the years—they’re one of the few brands I actually trust to use clean ingredients without the junk. I like that this one is just once a day and made from whole foods. No weird aftertaste or chalky texture either. I will say the smell isn’t exactly delightful (think: earthy farmer’s market meets vitamin aisle), but nothing that makes it hard to take. If you’re looking for a daily women’s multi that isn’t full of mystery fillers, this one’s solid.
