Fair & Pure® - Pine bark Extract Capsules - 100mg - 95% proanthocyanidins - Vegan - 120 Capsules

I took a BSc (hons) in Chemistry at Cambridge University and chose Pycnogenol as my final year project, so I am very familiar with the pine bark extract. I have used the compound for years and know the physical difference and improvements. Pycnogenol differs from the pure pine bark extract in that the former is a mixture of antioxidants, whereas the pine bark extract is just the pure extract ie. a single compound. I was interested to find out whether this product could compete with Pycnogenol and I am happy to report that after trying it I found this pure extract to be better. I intend to switch permanently to it, especially since the price is much more realistic. When I studied in 1994 we knew of 76 free radical diseases, which can all be reversed fully with the use of antioxidants. Only thing I would recommend to include is the inclusion of the two dosages for repair and maintenance. Repair dosage is 1mg per pound body weight (body weight related) and taken for approx. 3 months to achieve full saturation in the body and then maintenance dosage to maintain protective saturation, dropping the daily dosage to 50mg. This is an excellent product and must be highly recommended and unlike many placebo product really works and improves health considerably.

Amazing product. It causes significant vasodilation and at a very low cost. Do not waste you money on "Pycnogenol" which is essentially the trademark name for the same thing but costing at least twice the amount. On none-gym days i take one on an empty stomach in the morning. On gym days I take two 1 hour before gym (to allow oxygen and nutrients to reach my muscle easier; makes exercise much easier) and one more 5 hours after my gym (to aide with recovery).

Who can tell if it works or not? However it is wise to take before aeroplane journeys and hopefully may assist with varicose veins.

I've purchased and used this product. Didn't notice much effect, but the clinical trials on pine bark extract show they need to be taken for three months to see a positive effect. Makes sense, as herbal products often have a slower and gentler action.The reason I switched company and refuse to ever buy this brand again is that they had another product listed as vegan I was interested in trying - turned out far from vegan - it contained pork! So, how can I trust that this product is vegan?

Well I have been taking 3 per day for about a month. After the first 2.5 weeks I suddenly noticed that the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and under my eyes had started fading away. Even the pigmentation 'beard' around my mouth and chin is almost the same shade as the rest of my face (I am similar in colour to Viola Davis with patchy bits of different shades). I was not expecting this effect but i am really happy and will continue with it. I also feel very alert after taking it and since taking it I have not post work out pains or aching. This stuff is awesome

This has been a godsend for my asthma. I have seen a huge improvement in my lung capacity, my lungs actually feel cleaner and clearer and i can take deep breaths without struggling. I actually only recently put two and two together, I stopped taking them for a few days and noticed i was struggling for breath a bit more. Started taking them again and saw an improvement. Will never be without these again. Please note this is my own personal experience and I'm not a Dr nor was i paid for this review. Didn't expect such a result tbh! Has anyone else found their asthma improving?

The product made no difference. I took similar products and when I stopped the old supplement and went on to these my old symptoms came back with avengence

Excellent product. Have finished all of mine - and can’t get them in uk??? Why not..... pycnogenol is rated the new best antiageing gene changer - check our you tube and see how great it is. Not cheap but worth it.

Ich habe dieses Produkt zusammen mit anderen "Nem" eingenommen. Ob es mir also im einzelnen geholfen hat kann ich nicht beurteilen. Geschadet hat es mir aber auch nicht.

Prezzo piu basso in assoluto su amazon per corteccia di pino, dose ottimale 100mg al gg e l'effetto c'è. Non tanto quando lo si prende perchè gli effetti degli integratori naturali sono leggeri e cumulativi in 3-4 settimane ma quando si smette ci si trova una leggero aumento di confusione mentale che in realtà era l'effetto benefico.Apparte i lprimo giorno dove magicamente tutta la confusione che ho in mente e sparita e ce stato il silenzio. Purtroppo solo il primo giorno.La corteccia di pino secondo molti studi ha migliorato l'attenzione e l'iperattivita in persone con ADHD del 35% in piu rispetto al placebo :)Non ce bisogno di ciclizzarlo, ma alcuni potrebbero voler fare una pausa di 2-4 settimane ogni 2-3 mesi per evitare possibile tolleranza (anche se non provoca tolleranza)
