I did massive amounts of research and shopping before buying this particular bike, and I'll start by saying this brand is far and away the best value in its price range if that's what your after.My wife has a 350w class 1 huffy, and this feels SO MUCH more powerful, the throttle only mode is awesome, I love it. It's everything I wanted at a price point that made it pretty easily obtainable.4 stars only because, as others have said, the seat definitely leaves something to be desired. I've only ridden for about 5 miles and the seat is just not comfortable and somewhat painful lol. And I'm a normal size guy, 5"11, 170lbs, so it's not like I've got a whole lot of butt to support.All in all, however, an excellent e-bike, especially at the price point, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Assembly was quick and easy, the controls are intuitive, and its just fun as hell to ride!Edit 11/5: Changed to 5 stars.My front brake caliper disintegrated at some point, I didn't realize that it had happened until I went to adjust my front brakes because they hadn't been working and the back half of it had left the chat.I emailed them about this and they provided me another disc and caliper free of charge and pretty quickly, I'm very happy with that experience. But I changed my review because as others have said, during this exchange I also brought up the discomfort of the seat and they provided me with 20 dollars for a replacement.Solid, solid customer service. ESPECIALLY for a Chinese company servicing the u.s., I don't mean that in the wrong ways, it's just so easy for them to shtup us after we've completed a purchase and it's happened quite a bit in my own experiences so I really want to highlight and commend the customer service team here, they're doing great work!All of that being said, after a few months of my wife and I both owning this same bike now, I stand by my initial assessment. They are overall very high quality, durable, easy to use, fun to use, simple to assemble, I really can't think of a single negative thing to say about these bikes or the company that makes them. If your still for whatever reason on the fence about this bike or I'd even venture to say any of this company's products, it is definitely the one to get.

love the bike. assembly was easy. great power. did 21 mph on the flats with no pedaling. The one con is you can't raise the handle bar. thinking of buying a new handle bar with a 5" rise ($27). Yes, I would recommend this bike. Update: after 28 Miles. I started experiencing power loss. It would come on then off. I called their customer service on a Friday. Really didn’t get much response till Monday. After back and forth communication with them it was decided that it was most likely the battery since all connections were tight. The battery has been shipped and heading my way. I did and do recommend getting the extended warranty since we are dealing with electrical parts. After all this. I still do love this bike. I’ll keep all updated when the new battery gets installed and I test drive it.UPDATE. I have received the new battery. But, while waiting for it to be delivered. I was able to locate the issue. Check the 4 prongs on the underside of the battery. One of them was spread apart just a bit more than the other 4 and not making good contact. It took just a small tweak to bend the contact area. Since then the original battery is working great now. We are good. I let Ancheer know that I could return the new battery if they desired. They said I could keep it. So in summary. Customer service was great. They don’t respond during the weekend so don’t get upset. Jane responded well during the week. I even added the back rack over the back tire and a new storage bag to carry my water, security cable and my keys and wallet while I ride. Again, I highly recommend this bike and even more now since I know customer service has my back.UPDATE 03/07/2025I have put over 1,400 miles on it (many 6 miles per trip). The bike has performed VERY WELL. I did purchase the Asurion 1 year extended warranty. My display does not show all the information when the outside tempertures are warm or hot but the bike itself still operates great. I have been dealing with Asurion to get a display replacement since September of 2023 (close to 554 days ago) with the situation being resolved. They do not have an issue sending be a replacement. BUT, I have to send them the old part first. If I do that. I won't be able to use the bike which is unacceptable since I ride the bike to work everyday. So be sure you understand what Asurion policy does for you.

10 miles and a week of messing around on it, good so far! I’m the max weight for it so smaller folks may even get better performance. works great on hills. Assembly went great, directions were inaccurate only because it was more pre-assembled than the directions indicated. Seems like a great mountain bike even not using power. Size is good for me at 6’ tall.Only complaint so far is the brakes are really squeaky and a bit chattery going down hills. I’ve heard hydraulic brakes are more comfortable (this is my first mountain bike in many years, just heard from a buddy his lectric bike came with cable and he was sent hydraulic and it was a big upgrade) so it would be cool if Ancheer would offer an upgrade kit or something for it.
