It’s awful so skinny and it isn’t lush at all as stated it is very bare and extremely disappointing! The kids were devastated!

This tree bares absolutely zero resemblance to the advertised picture. DO NOT BUY, you will be hugely disappointed. The tree does not have 500 tips as advertised, it is threadbare no volume no fullness, the branches are sticks, exactly NOT what you want a Christmas to tree look like. It’s very poor & I’ll be reporting it as false advertising. Once out the box a tonne of bits started to fall off, I really can’t overestimate how poor this tree is & how much it DOESN’T look anything like the picture. Don’t waste your money, DO NOT BUY THIS TREE

Dreadful, don’t waste your money! Photos are totally misleading, even for a cheap tree this is disappointing.

This tree is appalling, I don't think I've ever seen something quite this hideous before. It is fortunate that we bought this well in advance of Christmas so had time to return it and purchase a decent one instead.

The tree isn't worth money. It's not even bushy like pictures you advise anyone looking at the tree do not buy. Seen better trees than this for similar price. I've decided I'm sending it back

First of all the parcel was delivered 5 miles away from my actual house and only by sheer luck I managed to get it.I ordered a lovely looking, dense Christmas tree. What I received was on the opposite side of the scale. I don’t think disappointed quite sums it up.
