I purchased this one after careful consideration and I am glad I did. For anyone thinking reviewers were correct in stating it was missing 2 cutters, they are wrong. Both of the cutting spacers have two sides. When inserted backwards there is a different offset. Meaning there were no parts missing just reviewers who did not figure out how this thing works properly.I have made literally thousands of apple chips with this tool and it still is going strong.

Great product. Very easy to use, love the sturdiness and very easy to clean. Comes with a brush and four different blades. It cuts down your prep time in half. I use it mostly to make hash browns and fresh french fries but even with raw veggies like carrots work just fine.

A lot of choppers require a lot of strength, this one is does not. Great for those with arthritis.

We use it almost every day.

There were supposed to be 4 blades, the 4MM was missing. Still have not received my refund.
