I am a 34C and a large is the perfect fit for me. The 4cm one is the equivalent to a Victoria's secret push-up, and the 6cm one is probably the equivalent to the bombshell ("add 2 cup sizes") by Victoria's secret. Some say that is too much padding, so if a bombshell bra is too much for you, then get the 4cm. It won't disappoint.I used this in a bikini top, and if you do, be sure it has underwire and solid cups. Sew it on, and cut the top part to size if needed (like if it's a balconette or demi style top). It is awesome and filled me out beautifully.

these are much thicker than i expected! the before and after pictures say a thousand words haha. bought these to fill out some dresses i have with molded cups that are too large, i love how they look in sports bras as well, and the way they are shaped looks natural and reminds me of the way the skims teardrop bra sits. great for when you just wanna feel a little more confident! they are comfortable. if using them in a bra i recommend double sided tape to hold them in place so they don’t show through your bra. works like a charm!

These were WAY bigger than I realized when ordering. The pictures don't demonstrate their size well. I bought these to give me a boost in a strapless bra that smashed my boobs down.I ordered the medium size (for reference I'm a 32C) and wish I had gone with something smaller. I like how lightweight these are, and breathable. However, due to the slick fabric outer-shell, these seem like they will slide around in the bra. If you are not used to wearing padded bras, size down!

You put them in, go about your day, and suddenly one’s up near your collarbone and the other’s having an identity crisis down by your ribs. I’ve lost weight and the boobs are generally the first thing to go. I wish they came larger, but this is the largest size I could find. They stay in place well without any adhesive required and depending on how you place them in the bra, you can get a different effect. I would definitely recommend these. I love that they came with a little bag for storage and they wash well, excellent quality and thick without causing you to sweat. I can’t wait to sneak these into my swimsuit this summer.

These are actually very nice but when I received them there was five for the left side and only one for the right side. There is quite an obvious difference between the two sides like there should be but they must not have realized that when they packaged them and they put just six of them in there regardless of what side they go on. I'm having difficulty returning these so I would not recommend them.

These inserts are nice and thick. I don't really use them as much for size increase as just to help lift up my girls (I'm 55yrs old and the girls aren't as perky as they once were) these fit in my bra nicely. They don't move around, they stay where I place them and they just give my chest a fuller more uplifted appearance. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for some lift or even for those looking to increase size.
