No ingredients or bcaa value's in mg/g? been on website nothing there ether?just what is in it is a mystery,done the cold water test real bcaas float and form a film on top,this just dissolves?could be new process could be anything very suspicious.

Another great product from TPW, does exactly what it says on the side of the packet. There is hardly a noticeable taste to it, mixes well with water on its own or as part of your workout stack, Reasonably priced with clear instructions on how much to take.

I don't know if this stuff works, I like to think it does. I certainly have less muscle ache after 5 aside football and less muscle cramp during. It tastes fine and easy to drink. Lasts a while as well, I don't use a great deal and it seems to stay OK for a couple of months.

This tastes ok and works okay. Not bad, nor great.

This is my 2nd bag of ibcaa from the protein works. I have to say i'm starting to be a big fan of their supplements. I can't vouche for there protein. Never tried it. I'm also trying there creatine for the 1st time. So. I Can't give a review on that just yet. But. Ibcaa great. My workouts have stepped up another gear. I take alot of supplements so. I know a good product when i take it. Highly recommend

Decent Bcaas but not a strong flavour. Very weak I think they recommend 300ml of water, I don't know anyone who only drinks 300ml while traning.

Great taste and mixes quickly with no lumps. I use this to add flavour and to help me to drink more water throughout the day and during wokouts.

Tastes blummin awful, no hint of cherry whatsoever and the lemon flavour isn't pleasant.
