I had my local shoe repair shop reglue my leather shoe sole, it lasted approximately three months. Craftsmanship and pride in work certainly isn't what it used to be, I guess it's true, it's obviously easier to throw away things than to repair it? I utilized this glue and applied the rubber bands and left them sitting until the next day. It's been nearly seven months and they are holding firmly. The rubber bands are absolutely perfect and provide the added strength needed to give the glue time to set up. FYI, use the glue sparingly and immediately clean up any glue that oozes out or you'll have extra work trimming the hardened glue off "Yes, lesson learned" Well worth the money and saved me nearly a hundred dollars to resole a pair of Italian leather shoes.

I really like how well the glue worked, not too messy, and created a solid bond on shoe sole that had come detached. I used the included rubber bands and the sand paper to help make a strong bonded seal as the glue dried. Athletic shoes are tough to re-glue soles because of the glue needs to have flexibility in order to hold the sole to the shoe as they can take a beating on the basketball court. I was able to glue the sole back and my son was able to ball out & used the shoes the following day for a HS basketball game. Thank you for making a great product.

I've tried Shoo Goo, Gorilla glue, and several others and they never held. I bought some Paistely shoe glue after researching a bit, and this stuff is the real deal. The applicator tip is a needle, which helps greatly when applying the glue, and does not make a mess like other glues. I repaired a pair of (expensive) leather golf shoes that were separating from the soles. I've walked three 18 hole rounds since, and they remain firmly attached to the soles. This stuff works!

The glue appears to be working, time will tell. Had to take a picture of directions and blow them so I could read. Small print says "shelf life is 1 year from manufacture date. In my case that means Feb 2024. So, bought in November 2023. Thanks Amazon....NOT

Works great, dries slow. Alittle messy.

It was clear. Not toxic smelling. Dried quickly. It has rubber bands included which came in helpful when finishing the glueing and a secure way to keep the sole and the shoe while it sets. I would imagine you could do other things not just gluing the rubber to the bottom of the shoe/boot.

Habe den Kleber für ein paar Schuhe (das fast komplett auseinanderfiel, nachdem es lange im Schrank stand) und einen Wanderstiefel verwendet. Durch das schlechte Wetter habe ich den Wanderstiefel bereits am nächsten Tag getragen ohne Probleme festzustellen. Auch nach mehreren Wanderungen hält die geklebte Stelle immer noch zuverlässig.

This works well. Its been a few months since I first used this and its holding well.Its nice that the lid on the tube is designed to keep the tube patent between uses - I had to use this glue on a second shoe a couple of months after the first use and the tube had not gotten blocked.

I do leafleting, so do a lot of hard walking every week. I had a pair of walking shoes, the soles of which came off and flapped around, but the shoe-menders refused to fix them because they said they were supposed to be single-units. Initially, I managed to get the store to offer me another pair, but after a few months of hard-walking, they too separated sole from shoe.I didn't want to get new ones and they were past the guarantee/swap time, so I went looking for good glue and found this one. It has worked brilliantly. The first fix (on both pairs) worked a dream. They stuck together for absolutely ages, but eventually the toes of the soles came away again. Unfortunately, because of the actual shoe itself, that it wasn't a separately stuck on sole originally, the base of the main shoe was not designed for re-soleing. However, I just use this glue whenever they come apart, and I get to keep my really super-comfortable shoes, with just a minor inconvenience of glueing them whenever they separate.Now, just to be clear, the glue itself works really well. It's flexible and strong and tough. I am buying it again, because it works so well (about to buy for the third time). I mistreat my walking shoes a lot, so the fact they hold together, when the shoes themselves are so badly designed, and only need re-doing every couple of months is a very good sign the glue is doing its job.
