The sticks are nice for hands and foot massages but I can’t say that it helped any of the areas highlighted on the gloves/socks.

It's turned into a fun, soothing ritual for us. Just a note for potential buyers: these might be better suited for smaller hands, so keep that in mind. The gloves or very easy to use.Rub with your hands or rub it with the little sticks it comes with it.Very self explanatory.Do it yourself or get someone to do it for you like a little spa day.Good product.

Quality is not that great and is ok to use

I like the ease of following the marked lines to use. However, the size is very very small so I'm not sure the accuracy of placement is there.
