Well built, with one handed operation to lock/unlock/open the flask. It was smaller and lighter than i expected when it arrived. The opening is wide enough to easily add ice. Keeps everything cool for long time in the summer heat.The only issue I had was dismantling for cleaning. All the instructions are in Jaapanese and I could not find English instructions on the Zojirushi website. I did eventually find out how to take it apart for cleaning

very good water bottle, keeps liquids cold or hot for a long time, the lock feature is great and has not leaked at all. have not cleaned it yet but looks very easy to clean. highly recommend

I LOVE this. Been using a Contigo mug for ages but it never kept my drink stonking hot. This is brilliant, I make my drink before I leave for class at nine thirty in the morning and when I drink my coffee at 11 it's as hot as if it's just been made. No leaks, no problems whatsoever. Well worth the money.

These are the best travel flasks I have ever had. Keeps drink very hot for a very long time. The lock means it will not leak in you bag but can also be opened one handed. This one was a gift for someone - I’ve had mine for 10t years or so. Bit narrower than some flasks so will not fit snugly on a bike bottle cage so use a contigo for that.

So happy about the quality, just the price is way more expensive than buying from Asia. But I can understand it’s due to high costs of logistics etc.

Great flask. Comes apart for cleaning. Keeps coffee at a good temperature all day.
