Great product that I use in conjunction with my natural sleep supplement. This product is homeopathic and definitely calms the mind. Excellent product we have on hand all the time!!

This is the best sleep aid I have ever taken. Works quickly and there is no after effects, like drowsiness. Works quickly.

We just love these non-addictive pills to facilitate a good nights sleep. My husband take it to for his arrhythmia because the prescription he was prescribed made him sick. It's just enough to relax him when he feels it coming on. We are so pleased that he can eliminate the dr. prescribed product.

Take 1 before bed every night. Helps to relax me.

This works well for me when I can’t get to sleep or when I wake up in the middle of the night. I don’t feel groggy in the morning.

Reviewers across the interwebs say this product is nothing but a placebo. That is extremely irresponsible commentary: this product CAN and DOES have an effect, so be aware. 1-3 tablets had about the same effect on me. It made me feel very calm and it did help me sleep rather than lie awake with insomnia, a racing mind. Please be aware that the drowsiness can persist throughout the folowing morning and you should be careful driving. It could be a great homeopathic product to try instead of anxiety medication (ask your doctor!) Also, I've taken it for three nights in a row and I feel like it may be giving me a mild headache. Even so, I plan to use this product next time I am lying awake with insomnia OR next time I'm on a plane battling anxiety and claustrophobia.

Didn't work. Hyland's products are a favorite of mine but these pills, tried many times, do nothing for me. Disappointing.If anything, it sort of feels like a stimulant.

It work’s wonderfully but only if used occasionally.
