Greenhouse racking
Dead easy to assemble, taking me 40-mins to do four racks, and sturdy enough to support seed trays, and at a reasonable price. I ordered two sets to have racking on both sides of an 8x6' greenhouse with the idea of one side for seed trays and the others for storing pots and spare trays. With four shelves per rack there's plenty of space and tall enough to allow plants to growl. I'd recommend using a rubber mallet to secure the push joints.

Sturdy and good quality at the price.
Slightly tricky to start with, but easy once you get going. Separate out all the parts for each unit first, then push together leaving a bit of wiggle-room, then when assembled knock together solidly using a rubber mallet ideally. Lightweight but sturdy enough for pots and trays.

A brilliant buy!
Great value! Easy to assemble and perfect for the greenhouse. I filled every shelf with seed-filled propergators immediately and it's very sturdy. It offers easy access to the seed trays, and any excess water after watering runs through the mesh shelves. I expect it will be just as easy to take them down and store during the summer when I need the room for my tomatoes, aubergines and cucumber plants! I highly recommend these shelves, they're a brilliant buy!

Perfect for my greenhouse use
Brilliant. Exactly what I needed for my greenhouse- they are quite sturdy and strong (stiff to put together but that's good in the long run!) The actual shelf bits are not attached but that's great for my use as I can put seed trays on the shelves but then when plants go in pots/in the ground I can remove the shelf pieces but keep the unit in situ- meaning my plants can grow through the frame and even secured to it if needed and I don't need to disassemble and store them. Perfect! I can't comment on durability as only got them this morning (delivered 2 days early too!)

Low cost but lots of risks/flaws to be aware of
I paid £28.99 for the double pack so these shelves are relatively low cost at £14.50 each. However, the build quality is very low grade and there are some significant flaws to be aware of that other reviewers have also noted. The metal tubing is only 12mm diameter and very thin walled which may be fine for the upright sections, but the shelf spans will have very limited load bearing. All the metal tube elements are a simple push fit into the plastic universal brackets. The sockets for upright sections have internal splines to help grip the tubing. Once the shelf is in its intended position gravity with keep these vertical poles connected. The same cannot be said for the horizontal shelf tubes which have no socket splines. A few reviewers have mentioned tapping the shelf tubes in with a small mallet to get a good fit, but my sockets are not tapered and push all the way in with very little hand force. The huge risk is that they pop out again relatively easily and other reviewers have reported shelf collapses resulting in catastrophic loss of seedlings, etc. My plan is to use garden wire to put the erected shelves under end-to-end tension and reduce the risk of horizontal tubes popping out disastrously. These security arrangements will add time and cost to the installation, but should provide peace of mind. The other major limitation is the relatively small working shelf size. The working span of the shelves (between upright corner poles) is ca. 87cm, with a flat shelf width/depth of 22cm. This means that each shelf can theoretically hold either: a) 5x half seed trays (side to side, not end to end); or b) 3x standard seed trays (side by side) - however in this configuration the seed trays have a 5cm back and front overhang, which could affect stability as they can easily be knocked off-centre and tip off the shelf; c) 2x standard seed trays (end to end) with no overhang. The wire shelves are narrow and very smooth and seed trays are very easily knocked and moved out of position. I intend to try configuration b) above so I will be experimenting with ways to secure the overhanging seed trays against excessive movement to stop them falling. My overall conclusion is that these shelves might be considered reasonable value for money in certain situations where loading is light and the risk of pots/trays being knocked off shelves is low. However, I think there are better quality shelving / staging solutions out there so please shop around.

Great
Didn't know what to expect for the cost but very happy with these. Very easy to put together as they just slot in. Probably wont hold anything of great weight but perfect for what I need them for in my first greenhouse.

Sollte also einige Jahre halten.
