The product (Seiko Clean Cut) is fine, still the best there is. This review is for the replacement foil. I had noticed a drop off in performance during ‘gardening’ and the motor running slower unless I unscrewed the foil a tad to introduce a bit of room for the blades to spin a bit quicker.Thing is, I’ve had this for years and never replaced anything on it, so rather than being a cheapskate I went for the replacement foil. What you actually get is the screw on foil assembly, new cutting disc and a new acrylic protective cover. Literally 20 seconds to change the parts and WOW. Performs like new again. Best cut in the business, speedy and comfortable.I suppose the lesson here is simple, if your Clean Cut performance has dropped off a bit just replace the business end with a new one. Job done.

The best razor
I’ve had this razor decades. I acknowledge that the replacement heads are more expensive than a replacement razor on the high street but I’ve tried those before and had to thrown them out. This one never ever make my skin sensitive and the heads don’t need to be replaced as often as recommended.

Brilliant for my shaver! Really hard to find product as it's from Japan. I bought the shaver from the same company years ago, and it's still going strong! Recommended for those of us who have excess facial hair caused by PCOS. I hope the company never stops selling these otherwise I'd be completely lost!

Anyone who has a Cleancut ES412 knows what a great product this is. The foil kit is unfortunately needed when you drop the thing on its head onto a tile/crete floor :-( LoL!
