Ich möchte auf meine Schlafmasken mit Kopfhörer nicht mehr verzichten. Sie liegen gut an, sind dehnbar und Lichtundurchlässig und ihr hört ausreichend um ein Audiobuch oder Hörspiel oder auch Musik zum einschlafen zu genießen. Klar kann so ein Kopfhörer nicht im geringsten mit einem Bose oder iphone Kopfhörer mithalten, aber dafür ist er eben weitgehend bequem und hat die integrierte Maske.Verschleiß mit der Zeit im Hinblick auf Akku und Nähte. Auch die Kabel/ Kopfhörer rutschen etwas, was aber gar nicht verkehrt ist, damit ihr die passend da platzieren könnt, wo sie hinsollen.Daher: klare Empfehlung, ich will nicht mehr ohne!

I have been considering this type of device for many years because wearing earbuds while trying to sleep is next to impossible; being a side sleeper. I like to listen to meditation pod casts or soft music while drifting off to sleep. During the most recent Prime Days I decided to bite the bullet. It does the job sufficiently. The sound is good considering the design and price. It is not noise canceling in any way, shape, or form, BUT it does what “I need it to do”. The headband itself is ‘one size’ and does not fit ‘all’. I would not use it for athletics. I wouldn’t use it for my daily 4km walks because it is too loose on my head (my head is average size, I guess LOL). It was simple to pair with my iPhone. I really like the rubberized raised buttons (volume up/down and power on/off). If you’re looking for something to be used for sleeping only - with ‘ok’ sound, reasonably put together, and not too expensive - then I would recommend this product.

Pros:It is lightweight and has a comfortable fit.It looks nice and is well made.It's effective at blocking light (just a smidge isn't blocked around my nose but when the light is off it's completely dark).The sound is clear and there are a variety of volume settings (I find I don't need to turn it up very high when sleeping).My spouse can't hear the sound when we are in bed.The battery life is great. I can listen to music all nightwhile I'm sleeping and it still has battery remaining.Cons:The only con for me is that the speakers don't line up well with my ears so I have to turn the volume up a little higher than if the speakers lined up better with my ears. It still works well, though, and for adults with normal adult sized heads it's probably not an issue, I'm just very small.

This is one of those products that, now I have it, I'm not sure how I lived without it. I've always had issues falling asleep and have found it helps immensely to listen to ASMR/ meditative sound videos. I was using ear buds, but they would fall out and I started getting ear pain. This headband solves all the problems. It's comfortable, even when laying on my side. The battery life is great- I'll have it on for hours most nights and only plug it in about once a week to charge. I wouldn't say the sound quality is fantastic- but that's not an issue for me as I only use it for the background, ambient sounds.
