Not for sissies. Intense lemon...not as much ginger as I'd hoped. Haven't figured out yet what to use it for? May be good for a hot drink cold remedy?

Lovely Quality Jam
I bought this to accompany a lemon drizzle cake that I made and it worked incredibly well. Not an overpowering flavour, more subtle, but very tasty nevertheless.The added bonus is that the jam is not over sweet and has unrefined sugar in the ingredients, which works well for me being pre-diabetic.All in all, a great buy and would purchase again as a treat, as it is quite expensive, but a quality jam. One very happy customer 😋
