Fast and cheap
Great and affordable. Hassle free connectivity!!! Runs my broadband full speed as opposed to some other ones not worth mentioning..

Idiot proof and easy to install
My elderly PC couldn't cope with new fibre connection. Despite being not very happy opening a PC and fiddling with it, this was simplicity itself to install and get running.Only tip - and I'm addressing this to low-PC-literacy idiots like me - instructions suggest installing it then downloading and installing the driver. I removed some uncertainty by downloading the driver *then* installing the card, as initially it was not connecting to the internet.

STOP THINKING IF ITS GOOD. IT IS! DONT SETTLE FOR LESS!
I bought a cheaper model other brand with extension for PCIE wifi adapter. Only getting 200mbps on 500mbps speed contract. Signal are okay as the router room is far - only getting 3 bars out of 4. DECENT. DECENT. thats at its best though.I decided to bite the bullet to pay double the amount of the previous one. Plugged as normal, download the drivers and voilà. SPEED, RECEPTION, AND STABILITY.BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS ONES I HAD.SPEED:(ROUTER ROOM IS 20 FEET AWAY)OLD intel ax210 : 200mbps low| 400mbps highAC88 : 350mbps lows| 510mbps highRECEPTION:(ROUTER ROOM IS 20 FEET AWAY)OLD intel ax210 : 1 - 3 signal bars | -70dBm BEST -85dBm WORSEAC88 : 4 signal bars (FULL SIGNAL) | -53dBm BEST -58dBm WORSESTABILITY:( CMD : ping google.com -t )OLD intel ax210 : 1 minute run gets 40 instances of 100+ms latencyAC88 : 1 minutes run gets 10instances of 100+ms latency------------------------OverallMaybe stop buying the cheaper ones if you want a premium experience. Just try and bite the bullet and see all the benefits you should be getting especially if you have FAST INTERNET CONTRACT.Thats not to say cheaper ones dont work - THEY DO and THEY ARE DECENT. Just not on the same level as the premium ones.

Fast, and Windows 11 compatible
I have a lovely desktop PC from 2018, and the PCI card stopped functioning when I changed to 'fibre-to-the-premises' a few months ago. I tried rebooting drivers etc but no success, I left the ethernet cable from the BT extender plugged in (but this left it trailing over the floor). The PC has an Asus motherboard and so I had some difficulty finding a new WIFI card to replace the old Asus basic model form other manufacturers, so I opted for this model.I had needed to enable TPM 2.0 on the pc so that it could upgrade to Windows 11, and this also played an important role in deciding whether to get it.It all works brilliantly. It uses an on-board usb power supply (I think it's for Bluetooth) and I only have 2 so I unplugged my SD card reader as I have en external one.It came with CD software and it installed all of it first time.I instantly saw a threefold increase in wifi speed using an online speed-tester and it meets the BT claim for my full fibre service. My PC then updated to Windows 11 and the PCI card works perfectly.Having the aerials moveable with the magnetic base means I can get the best speed from the broadband router.Job done.

Mixed bag, but great for gaming on windows 10
EDIT: With the firmware for this on linux in linux-firmware i.e. brcmfmac-4366c-pcie.bin, 5GHz is now working well too :) No longer need to extract it manually! Pleased, but I'd like to see better broadcom support in general to the levels of intel and atheros. The contents of the box had the usual class of an asus product.4 massive antennae mean the signal is insanely strong upstairs, so there's certainly no issue with range. On windows 10, I'm using the 5GHz network exclusively and getting the max connection speed my router can put out on that band - 1300mpbs.On linux, after following the instructions online in ubuntu forums and other websites to get an up-to-date brcmfmac-4366c-pcie.bin firmware file for /lib/firmare/brcm, I DO get a very good working 2.4GHz connection. You'll have to lock the connection to the SSID you're trying to with its corresponding MAC address to do this, or set different names/passwords for each network so it doesn't try to swap over.Unfortunately, the truth is the 5GHz connection will connect but it won't transfer any data - so you can connect to the network, but good luck pinging out.I do hope there are firmware/driver updates in the future to give linux the same performance. I may look into ndiswrapper or trying to get the windows files to work within linux, as the windows side has a lot of options to play with, including turning beamforming on/off (on giving even more reliability).I upgraded to this from TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 N900 Dual Band Wireless PCI Express Adapter with Three Antennas which uses ath9k in linux. This is a great buy for the average user. Super stable, everything you need is in the kernel so it works out of the box, you can get 450mbps on the 5GHz, same on the 2.4GHz, and not have to worry. However, if you want 'ac' and not 'n' grade in a desktop pc, and you don't want to settle on the flakey, higher latency USB wireless devices, you're going to have get something that you plug an intel ac card (well supported) into (easier if you have an NVMe slot, I don't unfortunately) or wait many years for proper support with a broadcom device.I bought this because I want to get more out of what my router can broadcast, this device is more advanced that it even, and now I can get a better transfer speed than my motherboard can get by ethernet cable. So in the end, it's an upgrade but not a full bag because I now have to cater for the 2.4GHz network I had disabled just so I can use my main OS.

Works well
The network card works well and does exactly what it’s supposed to. No issues so far. I'm satisfied with the performance.

Don’t hesitate
I don’t usually leave reviews but this is fantastic having a 500mbps wifi speed and previously only being able to utilise only 20ish with a wifi dongle and now going to 520mbps with this is like a night and day difference, also very quick and simple to setup. 11/10 product definitely recommend.
