Tim Tam Double Coat Chocolate Biscuit, 200g/7.1oz, 8-Pack, Imported from Canada

The TimTams were melted at least once before and arrived in our cooler whether melded together. There were only 2-packages, not 8 as in description! I set them aside to return them, my younger kids got into them so I can’t even get my money back. Overpriced and not worth it! Wish I read the reviews before buying!!

These are smaller than the Australian packs. I love the double chocolate!! Genuine Arnotts chocolate.Better than Trader Joe's brand by far.

You see two packages in the image and that's what you get, NOT a set of 8 packages as it says. My shipment came boxed together with another food item; the Tim-Tam pair was wrapped and taped together separate and deliberately. Neither does it mean that there are 8 confections in each pack (there are more than eight in each). Bit of a rip off, but it was nice to try them. I wouldn't buy these particular ones again -but there really isn't a cheaper way of getting them. All other options seem to be priced pretty evenly across the board, even with this trap.

(I received a full refund, but I wanted to warn other people about the risks of buying these online.)I ordered 8 packs of these and only received 2. That was disappointing, but even worse the ones I received were destroyed by heat damage.I retrieved the box within minutes of delivery. The outer package wasn't warm, and neither were the packs of Tim Tams, suggesting to me that the heat damage happened earlier in their travels.

I ordered the 8 pack when it got here there was only 2 packs had to get a refund because there was no option to get replacements still tasted good

I ordered the eight pack and I was only sent two. I should get a refund for this seeing that I thought that I was purchasing eight packs as the description said not the two pack total rip off. This item is NOT what I was paying for!!!!

Advertised as an "8 pack", this product only came came with two (2) packages.

I ordered the pack of 4.. only got 2. And it said nothing about it being Dark chocolate and can't return. Very dissatisfied
