I got these for a friend who is intolerant to lactose and some others milk components that regular lactase pills could not prevent from hurting her. I just started taking Lacto after doing some research. It works. Normally I would feel discomfort after ingesting dairy and the next day would feel sluggish. Since I’ve started taking Lacto before or during or right after a meal I have no discomfort. I do feel that it’s expensive, but it’s worth for the occasions when I eat dairy.

Magic pills

About 2 months ago I started taking these whenever I was going to eat dairy. They worked great for gas and bloating but I did have to take several to manage those symptoms. Be careful if you've ever had gastritis because one of the enzymes in this breaks down the protective stomach lining over time and I started having very uncomfortable sharp pains as long as they were in my stomach.

I’ve tried so many kinds of lactase pills and these are by far the most effective. I can’t stand chewables and many pills just don’t work very well. I keep some of these with me wherever I go. If lactose doesn’t agree with you, these are a must.
