PILATES CLASS
I teach Pilates and use this CD when teaching at schools. The CD is perfect for Pilates providing an inobtrusive and harmonious musical backdrop for my class with tracks that are relaxing for those attending whilst allowing me to teach and speak without being distracted. A beautiful CD which you won't grow tired of.
