i LOVE THESE! They are sharp, and they are easy to use. Great...EXCEPT the spring can fall out and get lost.Do they provide even a link to replacement springs of which there are hundreds on Amazon? No.The first batch of replacement springs was the wrong size. I'm ordering some more springs.And, I'm ordering another pair of these shears. The first thing I will do is carefully measure the spring in case my new replacement springs don't fit, or my wife loses the spring on this one.

Very sharp. Good for cutting roses and trimming lemon trees. Some reviews commented on the shears not locking properly. It happened to me. Then I realized you have to press down on the locking mechanism before you move it into place. After that, works perfect every time.

I have multiple Felco pruner, but these beaters ended up being my go-to pruner because I can always find a pair laying around outside. A drop of oil and they're always ready to go. Ridiculously sharp and hold edge surprisingly well after going through hardwood for hours. Keep alcohol wipes in your pocket to wipe off sap, and it'll cut as much as youe hands can take! I have the red ones too, and they're just as nice. Very consistent quality.

I like that these pruners are SK-5 steel. They are very similar in design to a significantly more expensive brand. The handles are slightly larger. They work well in my XL glove size hand. I like the texture of the red handle coating, which makes the handles easy to grip. I like the extra spring even though I'm unsure I will ever need it. I don't like that the latch doesn't keep the blades securely closed because the notch is not properly shaped. I could fix it with a little grinding although I probably won't bother. The blades came sharp. I was able to cut up to 1" woody stems as advertised. The blades have no special coating but that is quite acceptable for the sale price. Excellent value for the money.

Bought these on a whim and it turns out we love them. At the time we purchased two because our old ones needed replacing. These are super sharp and cut through shrub branches like a champ. The handle grips are just a perfect size for both me and my husband. Be warned they are very sharp!! Recc. them with all stars! Will purchase again if needed.
