it's good for everyone
It is a classic in the field. For singers, some of the positions are too far back in the throat, but lyric diction is always somewhat modified. Bearing this in mind, it's good for everyone.

I am so glad I bought this CD
I am so glad I bought this CD. I wish the whole book was on audio. But the practice CD and Booklet are great if you want to practice to speak in a professional manner.

Don't Get It
If you like repeating over and over Diphthongs and First syllables, then you'll love this recording, otherwise, it is not useful.

An excellent reference and set of exercises, but probably best when combined with training
I'm really glad my acting teachers back in high school emphasized this stuff, because it turns out to be just as useful off stage. Using this book and their guidance I really did learn to speak with distinction. If you're not taking some kind of vocal training your mileage may vary, but this is good stuff. Even the CD by itself is useful for exercises and warmups if you're good at imitating sounds.

not worth the expense
see title - not a comprehensive cd at all. you're better off with the book and just listening to and watching good speakers when you can.
