Dualit 85180 Cafe Cino Coffee Machine - Black Finish

This machine direct from Amazon looked like it was already used despite it being listed as brand new as when unpacking there was quite literally water all over the machine. We had to dry it all thoroughly before plugging it in to avoid getting electrocuted !! The Latte we made was only luke warm and the coffee tasted VERY weak despite using the same coffee pods that we used to use with our previous MagiMix machine, possibly the machine doesnt get to the correct pressure. Our previous Magimix made coffee hot without resorting to warming the cup up first and it sort of defeats the object of paying for a mid range / price machine which I assumed would be an all in one device when you have to faff around warming your cup up as well before you fill it with coffee. This is hugely dissapointing and we will be sending it back.

This is our first pod coffee machine and it is great. Although I personally don't drink coffee my husband and two boys do and they love the different coffee drinks from this machine. I have used it for Hot Chocolate and Tea and they are great. Really like the fact that the milk is a separate jug that you pour from rather than the milk being automatically added as you can then use what ever mug you like without worrying drink will overflow.

This machine extracts more coffee flavours out of the capsules than did my Nespresso Pixie, I may be wrong but it seems stronger, I use compatible pods from Lidl and Aldi without problems as have used other brands too. The frother seems to work ok on the odd occasions its used. There is more waste water with this machine, there is little else to say

Purchased this product due to faith in Dualit quality but very disappointed both in performance and engineering of item. It worked for about 10 weeks before failing having just started to use Dualit pods. I hope to get a refund or an alternative make of machine from the supplier but have yet to receive any communication from them. Would suggest that this product is avoidedUpdate 8 days later. Still no contact from supplier on Amazon market place. Very hard to not feel conned by Amazon with regard to warranty. Being very big they seem to feel they are above minor details like products being substandard and once they have your money they forget you instantly. Such a shame that they cannot play fair ( and pay taxes) like the rest of us.

Luke warm at best and leaked from day 1

The machine is really easy to use, I've been using Amazon's Solimo coffee pods with the machine and can say that it is worth the money

Awkward to use, and coffee was only luke warm! Total waste of money and I sent mine back after one day.

So far so good with this machine.Definitely hot tea or coffee & easy to use.
