Feeling the difference.
Found out I had a pretty severe vitamin D deficiency, these have raised me to within the normal range, and my mood regulation and energy levels have benefitted tremendously as a result.Tiny tablets, easy to swallow. You get a good amount for a reasonable price.5 stars!

Easy to swallow
I was advised to get vitimin D by my GP as I rarely see sun. So I choose these. Not sure if they are working or exactly what they are supposed to do, however I had my orders. So, these are easy to use, very small, so swallowing is not a problem. They come in individual sheets with the usual tin seal for freshness. A little difficult to pop out if you had issues with your dexterity. The don't smell or have a bad taste. Hopefully in a while I may notice the benefits
