Does it invert the sound? I've found many splitters that end up switching the sounds from left to right

Ibe recently purchased a pair of these myselfor and from my experience, they don't. Good quality splitters as well

Can I use this to split my speakers into two different inputs?

I have the same question - so do they make one that splits to two speakers or headphones instead of the "mic" logo?

I bought one, the problem is the microphone doesn't work when I connect it to iphone EarPods. Do you have similar experience?

Does NOT work with Apple brand earbuds. I am testing with multiple pairs of earbuds and none of them work for the microphone. The sound works fine, however, there is no microphone input being received by the computer.
