Will these fit the Powertap P1 Cleats

Yes it should do. I did have to trim the covers a little with a stanley knife to fit and to make the cover easily removable. Apart from that they are working ok

Why is there a minimum order of 4 pairs on this item? I've only ever used 2 pairs in all my cycling life, and I'm 70.

Being only 66 I also am on my second pair and only because I lost one, so I don't know. But I do know: don't buy cheap imitations, they are not as good (a very deliberately PC comment). Do a Google search, find a single pair for same price or less ... if these are not also subject to pandemic shortage .... like so many other bike-related things. Good luck!

Does this provide sufficient grip when walking in road bike shoes on pavements and floors? Thanks

They provide much more grip than walking without the covers and also protect the cleats from wearing thin, particularly useful if you have the cleats without any rubber bits underneath. The covers are easy to put on and remove when the weather is warm and the covers are flexible but in colder weather the covers become stiffer and more awkward to use.
