This mix of candy reminds me of the mix that my great grandfather had at his house. He worked at LN railroad. He made his own plum brandy. So a piece of good candy for grandchildren, was a rare treat. They are tasty.

I use this for a sore throat, ( my allergies make the mucus get in my lungs) and to keep awake in church. The cinnamon disks are way too hot for my tongue, so I was so glad there wasn’t any. I am also fond of root beer barrels and was so happy there was some. Please keep this coming!

Tastes good but bad was short 6ozs and that’s just not right. I might order again and hope it’s not short again but I have a feeling it will be.

Excellent service and great service

I ordered this bag of candy to help with reducing the effects of highway hypnosis and general fatigue while driving because the normal candies id been using were out of stock. I was fairly excited about the variety of candies, and decided to sort them before packing them in snack bags to keep in my vehicle a couple at a time. Immediately, i noticed that there was a distict lack of a few candies (only 4 of a few in a 5 lb bag) but that can be expected. A few of the candies had come unwrapped (also expected). I set aside a couple of each flavor to share with my wife and kids and also try myself. The first one i tried was a purple colored pinwheel. It was grape flavored and the flavor was decent, but the candy had a gummy film over it and was hard on the middle. I soon realized that 90% of the candies had the wrapper plastered to the candy, meaning while driving (most of the time at freeway speed) i would need to use two hands to peel the wrapper off carefully or it would tear and stay on the candy, assuming i could even find where the wrapper opened. I also found that most of the hard candy had the same chewy film over it, indicating staleness.

Super great assortment, all individually wrapped and great taste!! Not sure why there is a different mix each time I order, some mixes have better variety than others. I would like better consistency but I still love the product
