These gummies have a nice sweet tart flavor and "sugar" coating is my favorite part. Antioxidant of C60 has helped to increase my mental focus and energy. It is pricey but I have eliminated alot of my other supplement so it balances out. Recommend for everyone.

I don't mind trying new things and seeing if it works or doesn't and decided to give these a try before I undertook one of the most stressful few weeks of my life - a massive move, extended periods of driving, and tons of work on a newly purchased house while trying to manage work, personal family emergencies. I cannot underscore the stress from handling this all by myself. I have taken 1-2 gummies a day and they really, really give a solid energy boost. I cannot do caffeine in the afternoon so I'd take one of these to keep me going. Interesting enough, my HRV has been tracking better than ever despite the stressors and my resting heartrate has declined. While my sleep metrics aren't considerably better, my heart rate while sleeping is better meaning that it is calculating my sleep as more restorative even though my "deep sleep" metric still stinks. I am not sure I will take these all the time after I get out of my stressful moving period and back into a more healthy routine, but I will always have on hand for the crazy travel days, days without sleep, days I cannot eat well.

Helps to focus on a tough day

I bought these gummies (and the C60 in MCT) directly from the seller and consumed two gummies every day for the full 90 days they recommend. I also added about a 1/2 t of the liquid to my protein shakes about once a week.Not only did I not notice any improvements, I definitely noticed a decrease in my energy level and a significant decrease in my mental clarity that has completely befuddled me.I have noticed my cat have improved energy from adding the liquid to his food.The gummies do taste great, but are exceedingly expensive for me to not experience benefits and to actually have bad results in areas they specifically indicate can improve.I submitted a 2 star review on the seller's website but they have not published it. Instead, they sent me an email suggesting I give the product a full 30 days - did they not read my review that says I took it for a full 90 days??? It appears they only publish the 5 star reviews. This lack of integrity has prompted me to lessen my review to 1 star and post it here on Amazon.

The taste is great. I was SHOCKED looking back at my order to see how small the box of gummies is for the $120 I paid for it. Totally ridiculous and I won’t be buying again. I’d rather take it in liquid form without the citric acid and added sugar! Thanks, but no thanks!

I did notice a big increase of energy, so much that I find trouble getting sleep. Even though I haven't had the best sleep since taking these, I still have energy. It's like caffeine to me, granted I gave up daily coffee a decade ago. My only issue is that the box I received expires in 2 months but it says it should last for a year, so I was sent old stock. I feel like I need to cut my gummy in half so I can sleep at night. I wish I could take it as needed but it expires so quickly I can't do that. This is my first time taking this kind of supplement and I wasn't expecting much especially from a gummy but I was surprised. I'm glad I tried this over others since it's works great and it tastes good. I feel more clear headed, more motivation, more energy. I just need to figure out the sleep situation, I don't need as much sleep and that's weird to me.
