Probably the best curry sauce I've used. Easy to mix and so versatile. Add water,whisk,a few mins in the microwave and you have a curry sauce to pour over chips. Add to pan at last few mins of making a curry and you will find you have a perfect tasting Chinese curry. Does come in stronger flavours too. Very economical and the powder comes in a container that's ideal for freezing down food when empty.

fabulous flavour i have medium and its so creamy and not to hot , bought this many times verty authentic just add chicken musrooms peas or have as it is as a sauce

Best Chinese curry I’ve ever made anazing

Simple prep, fry your mushrooms and diced onions. Mix powered (around a 1/3 in the carton with water)Add peas to the mixed sauce and bring to a simmer whilst adding the fried mushrooms and onions. Also the cooked meat if you wish.And that’s it. And tastes as good as my local Chinese takeaway.

Quick and easy, and my sister in law says that they recommend it on slimming world. You can literally knock up a cracking quick Chinese curry in 10 to fifteen minutes.

Would have been a 5 but lost 1/2 of mixture due to plastic container being broken. But love the flavour and is easy to use.

Absolute gold dust! Price has gone up since i bought it so wouldn’t buy for that price but apart from that it’s amazing Chinease or even chip shop curry sauce. Don’t need to use a lot to have it for a dinner as a sauce for over the top. Very versatile would buy again.

Makes a very nice curry at little expense and takes only 5 to 10 minutes prep and simmer for 15 minutes, serve and enjoy. Very good to use up leftovers such as chicken, pork, beef. Just bring to the boil and add the meat, veg of choice, even frozen, then simmer for 15 mins . serve with rice and prawn crackers. Better and cheaper than a take away. Highly recommended.
