Bought this to try and improve the reception on an eBay Chinese special DAB adapter. It was rubbish with the standard stick-on windscreen aerial so I hoped this would improve things as I miss DAB since switching cars. It's quite a dinky little thing, and it's difficult to assess its success as the adapter is so bad it's virtually unusable, the aerial made little difference and I've since junked the adapter but kept the aerial in place for the time being. Was a pig to fit properly (running from back of car to front in roof space) so I'm leaving in situ whilst I search for other adapters.

Yep, it looks good; nice and discreet, but as a DAB antenna it's actually worse than useless! That is apparently possible with this aerial as the cable picks up more than the aerial itself! Unscrew the "aerial" part leaving just the base with the cable attached and more stations are received! Figure that one out.Either way, with or without the aerial element attached its useless, as all you hear, if you receive anything at all, is burbling, squeaking and warbling, from even the strong stations.But hey, it still looks good!

I bought a DAB radio for the car and bought this aerial as a part of a bundle. Works well on the roof - not as good in the car, eg in boot. Decent long cable which goes from the rear of the car to front with spare. I’ve threaded mine through the boot (hatchback) and the boot shuts fine. My only gripe is the magnet base could be bigger. I’ve positioned mine next to my fitted external aerial and have used plastic wire ties to tie the aerials together. I’ve used one tie at the moment and the aerial still fell over in high wind so going to try another tie further up. Hopefully this will stop it falling. Otherwise good product for the price. Interesting to hear if anyone has any other ideas as my daughter bought one for her car only to realise she doesn’t have an external aerial!

Plugged straight in and no need for earth or power feed . Once I found a place in the car ( back parcel shelf ) its stellar .Works even better if your can fix it outside . Otherwise ; we live in a dip in the country ( Devon ) wher there is VERY poor mobile reception. DAB ariel works and gets 5 bar receptionj.

The FM/AM radio in my son's C1 has all but died so got him this for Christmas.Thought it'd be tricky to fit and get going but not at all!Dead easy, very straight forward and picks up 100s of stations crystal clear (I did get and external ariel too though.

Very good, simple to set up, but recommend to buy the mag Ariel, gets better signal. But also the mag Ariel could do with a stronger base.Great product.

I needed to be able to extend the quality of the sound when out of range, this arial worked perfectly.

Only just installed magnet seems stable see how it goes.satisfied so far.
