Q: How will one fit a 4 year old n 12 year old dont get it

It won't fit your 4 year old. It fits my 8 year old with plenty of room but it's definitely for older children, I'm still trying to find one to fit my 4 year old and he's big for his age too.

Q: Do these have fleece lining or are they unlined, thanks

They are unlined but still really soft inside and really warm

Q: What size should I get my son - he is a bigger sized 10 year old

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter whos on the bigger size, it fits but wont last long.
