Ideal Accessory for Comfort, Balance, and Battery Life on the OM‑1
The HLD‑10 is an excellent companion for the OM System OM‑1 (Mark I and II). The build quality is impressive—sturdy, durable, and seamlessly matched to the OM‑1’s materials and ergonomics. The buttons feel responsive and consistent with those on the camera body. One standout feature is how securely the grip attaches to the OM‑1. There’s absolutely no flex or wiggle, and no light leakage between the camera and grip. This tight fit inspires confidence in its weather‑sealing performance. I highly recommend the HLD‑10 for OM‑1 users who have larger hands, want better balance when using long telephoto lenses, or need extended battery life for long shooting sessions.

A handy necessity when using the OM-1 with the Olympus 150-400 4.5 Pro Zoom. When using the large zoom lens and camera combination it offers much greater stability and steadiness for all my shots. For all my other lenses I prefer not to use the grip. Quality of the grip is fantastic, and the buttons feel exactly the same as the buttons on the camera body itself. No wiggle or loose fit here everything connects and fits tightly together.

Perfect fit for the om system OM1 MK II, same feel fit finish tight very nice only problem with these grips are you go OEM and pay a ton or you get another third party brand substantially cheaper and made a very low quality parts they're never seems to be an in-between between these accessories
